Animation to teach kids about the concept of death
A group of Animation students from De La Salle-College of St. Benilde is working on a children’s film entitled “All The Time” that follows the life of a cat named Tohru. Tohru, an adopted kitten, adjusts to the daunting surroundings that is his new home. It is a film about love transcending time and space.

“All The Time” is a film intended to teach children about the concept of death in a kind and gentle way. To help them understand a human experience they have yet to live through. We will lose things, animals, and people we love but their love stays with us for all time.

The film is codirected by siblings Dominic and Anya Zulueta. Dominic is a graduating student from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde’s Animation program while Anya is a college instructor at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde’s Film program. Helping out are other Benilde Animation students, who are working as layout artists, background designers, inbetweeners and key animators.

The team is organizing a crowdfunding drive to support these budding creatives to have this film be brought to life in time for the Sinekabataan Film Festival in September.
