De La Salle University’s Management of Financial Institutions Association (DLSU-MaFIA) will hold a National Finance Congress on Saturday, July 13, from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the Natividad Fajardo-Rosario Gonzales Auditorium, 18th Floor of Br. Andrew Gonzalez Hall, DLSU Manila.
Now on its 12th year, the annual event is a pivotal platform for aspiring individuals within the finance industry. It is dedicated to fostering a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted world of finance, addressing the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities that shape the industry.
In this era of digitalization, technological advancements are integral to business innovations and financial investments in that they offer unique opportunities to diversify one’s finances. However, many individuals struggle to leverage these advantages due to the exclusivity of financial tools and educational materials. This gap in accessibility underscores the importance of providing quality, comprehensible information about risk management and financial investments to ensure that students, young professionals, and the general public can secure their financial well-being and become financially resilient, especially during economic uncertainties.
Through a series of insightful presentations and panel discussions, the participants are exposed to a wealth of information in the financial industry. The National Finance Congress upholds its legacy by enhancing financial literacy and professional competence and fostering a community of well-informed, empowered, and future-ready finance professionals.
Ticket sales will run till July 12. For external participants, tickets are available online until July 5. DLSU students can purchase tickets at the onsite ticketing booth located at Miguel Covered Walk, Bench 10, from July 8 to July 12, between 10 AM and 5 PM.
