DLSU top org’s timely, perfect way to take a break
The General Assembly (GA), hosted by the Industrial Management Engineering Society (IMES) at De La Salle University, is a lively gathering where Industrial Engineering students take a well-deserved break from studies. It’s a welcome opportunity for them to unwind, socialize, and create lasting memories.
The General Assembly has lively performances, exciting games, and chances for the students to win awesome prizes, making it the perfect occasion for students to connect with peers.
IMES (Industrial Management Engineering Society) is the home organization of DLSU Manila’s Industrial Engineering students, recognized as one of the top organizations at DLSU. IMES embodies the spirit of “excellence beyond borders” as they consistently strive for excellence in all that they do, going above and beyond to achieve their goals.
Dressing up for Halloween, given that the GA took place in October with a “Halloween Party” theme, became the perfect choice. Halloween is all about fun and creativity, and the students decided to embrace that spirit by dressing up and enjoying games with friends. This allowed them to express themselves through costumes, and even led to new friendships built on shared experiences. The added element of a best costume competition heightened the excitement, motivating many to enthusiastically participate in the festivities.
